Karp DSB-214-SM Universal Access Door 24" x 24" The Karp DSB-214-SM Universal Access Door is a surface mounted door that does not require framing, bracing or notching and cutting of inner wall obstructions. Single piece construction of the frame prevents unit from racking and allows door to sit perfectly within frame and to open to 175°. On sizes 12" x 12" and smaller, the door and frame are 16 gauge steel, and on larger sizes, the door and frame are 14 gauge steel. The trim is one-piece construction with continuous piano hinge. It is finished with a prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, baked grey enamel. The Karp DSB-214-SM Universal Access Door comes with screwdriver operated cam latch. * Dimensions are H x W
