JL Industries ACT-2424C Recessed Tile or Drywall Access Door 24" x 24" Sound control and appearance are the important features of Model CT: When installed, indiscernible, yet keeping acoustical surfaces intact. A covering of acoustical tile or drywall is applied to the recessed door panels with exposure of only the narrow frame edges. To blend with plaster or tile, units are painted white. Acoustical tile up to 1" thick is accommodated by the recessed panel. Adhesive mastic of adequate depth attaches the tile to the door and ensures easy opening of the plaster or tile covered panel. Screwdriver operated cam locks are provided. Recessed mounted for tile or drywall - steel with white powder coat finish.
