Bilco RL-S Bil-Guard Hatch Rail System for S-20 Hatch Fixed railing system provides a permanent means of fall protection for hatch openings. Meets and exceeds OSHA fall protection regulations (29 FR 1910.23). FRP material has a molded-in, high visibility, safety yellow color and is treated with a UV inhibitor. Mounting brackets are fabricated from 1/4" thick hot dip galvanized steel. Gate hinges and post guides are constructed of 6063-T5 aluminum and torsion rod is type 302 stainless steel. All fasteners are type 316 stainless steel. Hatch rail system satisfies the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23 and meets OSHA strength requirements with a safety factor of two. * Roof hatch not included.
